Thank you, Thank you!

My dear friends,

On behalf of the Cancer Schmancer Movement, I want to thank you all for your love and well wishes as I celebrated my 10 year anniversary of wellness from uterine cancer and Cancer Schmancer's 3rd birthday.  Now more than ever, we are committed to continuing our work in the women's healthcare arena and making sure early detection finds its place in the forefront of this nation.

Happy Birthday Cancer Schmancer!

My Dear Friends,

I just can't believe how the time flies! On June 21st, Cancer Schmancer will be turning 3! And to top it off, on the same day I'll be celebrating my 10 year anniversary of wellness from uterine cancer. Woohoo!

For our birthday, we don't need diamond earrings, dinner, or even double chocolate cake (YUM). We need to continue to save women's lives through early detection and YOU are just the person to help.

IMPORTANT: Silent Killers of Women

My dear friends,

You MUST check out Dr. Mehmet Oz's segment on Good Morning America. He discusses the silent killers of women, two of which are female cancers. As a uterine cancer survivor, I'm the flesh and blood example of the importance of early detection. Listen to your body and take action. I urge you to watch the video below.

Be well, Fran

Dolls,

With the start of the new year, we must continue (or for some, START!) to kick in our inner medical consumer.  Watch the below video from MSNBC and Dr. Paula Johnson, the Chief of Women's Health at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston who agrees it's important women understand symptoms and take action!  Let 2010 be your year of health and wellness!
