Komen’s heartwarming Honoring the Promise Gala raised over $2 million for the fight against breast cancer at the Kennedy Center Friday night. As Nancy Brinker, founder of Susan G. Komen put it, “At Susan G. Komen, we don’t make donations, we make investments.”
