Sweet Chili Wild Sockeye Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Filets of Salmon
- 1 Tbs. of Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp. of Turmeric
- 1 Tsp. of Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp. of Chipotle Powder
Method
- Mix the herbs and coconut sugar with the coconut butter.
- Rub each filet on both sides and set aside.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side and voila…… Serve with steamed zucchini.
