Summer Jicama Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Jicama cut into small cubes
- 1 large Heirloom Tomato (cut into small cubes)
- 1 Avocado (cut into small chunks)
- 1 Jalapeño Chili (minced)
- 1 Red Anaheim Pepper (Sweet)
- 1 Ripe Mango (cut into small cubes)
- 1/4 Red Onion (cut in small pieces)
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro chopped fine (without steams)
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and Eat......Serve with warm Quinoa or by itself....Yum!
