Nena's Heavenly Holiday Snack Balls
Delicious!!!! Excellent for the holidays. I like to roll them in more shredded coconut to make them even more beautiful and festive.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of dried figs
- 1 cup of dried wild cherries
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup of pistachios
- 5 Brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened organic coconut shredded
Preparation
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture looks like cookie dough.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and roll small amounts into balls and other fun shapes.
