Slowing Down The Pace
My blog is a little late this week, as I have been thinking about my topic carefully. I feel I want to take a moment to talk about slowing down and making space in our lives for some peace. A few moments every day that are free from worry and all the things we have to do. I sometimes get lost in finding my facts for my mission and find myself racing around like a crazy person trying to get everything done. The idea of making time in my schedule to really relax has been coming into my mind so much recently. I’m not completely sure why. My life is not as hectic as it has been at other times. I don’t have more on my plate than usual, and yet that thought keeps coming to me. I guess maybe it is because I am very focused right now on bringing awareness to what we eat and put on our bodies, as well as what we live around. I am thinking about health and healing a lot. Doing this can sometimes feel like a lot and I want to keep my readers excited about making these changes and inspired to carry on with this movement. I know to do this we all have to take time for ourselves. To have a moment each day that we just sit and clear our minds. Removing chemicals out of our environment is crucial to our health, but I also believe that relaxing for some time each day is also a huge component of our healing. By taking these moments for ourselves I believe we will be able to make lasting change whereever we choose to.
