Almond Milk with Ginger &Turmeric
Ingredients
- 16 ounces of raw fresh almond milk
- 1” of fresh ginger
- 1” of fresh turmeric root
- ½ cup of ice
- 2 dates pitted
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Run through a strainer to remove the fiber from the ginger and the turmeric
- Enjoy
